Edison National Bank becomes CAC Platinum Sponsor
Edison National Bank has signed on as a Platinum Sponsor for Bling & Bags Bingo. This annual fundraising event benefits the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CAC).
“CAC does such important work to safeguard the most at-risk children in our community,” said Edison National Bank President Robbie Roepstorff. “We have partnered with them in many ways over the years and are happy to help make this April 3rd fundraiser a success.”
Bankers from Edison’s Cleveland Avenue office recently toured the CAC facilities, bringing cookies and stuffed animals for the children under CAC’s care.
“Many of us look forward to playing Santa every year, hosting a holiday party and gift giving for the kids in their after-school program,” said Edison Concierge Janice Tingle. “CAC is just a terrific organization.”
Founded in 1981, the mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CAC) is to improve the lives of children and their families through a coordinated response to child abuse and neglect. CAC is one of the largest children’s advocacy centers in the state of Florida and the only one in the four-county area accredited by the National Children’s Alliance.
Edison National Bank is Lee County’s oldest locally owned and managed community bank, serving individuals and business owners with two offices in Fort Myers, as well as the Bank of the Islands offices on Sanibel and Captiva. Founded in 1997, Edison National Bank is strongly rooted in the community and actively supports civic and charitable causes through both donations and volunteerism.
