Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands supports Strides for Education 5K

Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands was proud to support the Strides for Education 5K on Saturday, Feb. 28, at Florida Southwestern State College’s campus.

Edison National Bank served as the event’s gold sponsor and sponsored the photo booth. The bank staff also showed their spirit by participating in the race. Edison National Bank has continued its support of this event for many years.

Proceeds from the 5K benefit the Take Stock in Children Scholarship Program. Take Stock in Children Lee County is a mentoring and incentive program that provides pathways to success for deserving low-income students of Lee County. Because of the community’s generous contributions, more than 800 children have earned a life-changing scholarship.
