Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands sponsors 2026 Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast
Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands was proud to support the 2026 Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, May 7 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center. The bank sponsored the event at the $10,000 level.
Each year, the breakfast draws over 1,200 attendees and is held on the National Day of Prayer. Over 2 million people participate in the special day annually, and Fort Myers has honored it each year since 1988, except for 2021. Sponsors of the event play a critical role to ensure the event is free to the public.
The event included a compelling keynote address from Nick Vujicic, a global inspirational speaker born without arms and legs who shares his testimony of faith, perseverance and purpose with millions of people around the world. Vujicic leads an international nonprofit, NickV Ministries, in spreading the Gospel and uniting individuals through faith.
“Events like the Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast are a wonderful opportunity to unite us all,” said Robbie Roepstorff, president of Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands. “We always love seeing our community connect in such a meaningful and uplifting way.”
