Bank of the Islands donates to St. Michael & All Angels

Bank of the Islands recently made its latest non-profit donation through its We Love Our Islands program. Longtime islander Pat Norton was the latest lucky winner. Norton chose St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church to receive the Bank’s $1,200 donation.

This donation marks $161,000 given away to date through Bank of the Islands’ We Love Our Islands program. It also represents the Bank’s ongoing commitment to doubling its weekly outlay for the program.

“We are happy to support Pat’s choice of St. Michael for this We Love Our Islands donation,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Through Love Sanibel Back and other initiatives, the church has taken a real leadership role in fostering the spirit of community on Sanibel and Captiva. Thanks to Pat’s selection, we are happy to once again support St. Michael’s exceptional work.”

All islanders are invited to visit the Bank’s Sanibel or Captiva offices to pick up a vehicle decal and learn more about the We Love Our Islands program and how you and your favorite charity can become our next lucky winners.
